Colin is a third-generation member of the Franey family and currently serves as President of Franey's Carpet One Floor & Home. The grandson of Roger Franey and nephew of Mark and David, Colin took over leadership of the company in 2021. He is committed to continuing the family legacy, while helping Franey's grow and evolve for future generations.

Cameron is a third-generation member of the Franey family and became an owner of Franey's Carpet One Floor & Home in 2024. As the grandson of Roger Franey and nephew of Mark and David, he is proud to continue the family's long tradition of serving customers throughout the Central Valley.

Chris wears many hats at Franey's Carpet One Floor & Home. In addition to serving as CFO, she is also the Human Resources Manager and Controller. Travis began his career at Franey's as a carpet installation helper and eventually worked his way up to Lead Carpet Installer. After 34 years of carpet installation experience, he transitioned into commercial sales and now leads the company's commercial flooring department. His hands-on knowledge of the industry provides valuable insight for every commercial project.

Interior Designer
Diane has worked in interior design her entire life. After graduating from Fresno State, she joined Franey's to lead the design department. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients and helping them bring their vision to life. From wallpaper and custom upholstery to accent pieces and window coverings, Diane has the experience to help beautify any space.

Administrative Assistant
Cindy has been with Franey’s for several years. Originally brought on to assist Diane in the Design Department, she has grown into a valuable asset. Cindy is now learning more about flooring sales to grow her role at the company and help clients who come in on weekends. She is a delight to have in the office and often insists that we have pastries every Friday.

Jimmy began his career installing carpet and ultimately became Lead Carpet Installer, helping train future generations of flooring professionals along the way. After decades in installation, he transitioned into sales and became known throughout the company for his extensive knowledge and ability to solve almost any problem. Semi-retired since 2018, Jimmy still helps out a few days each week and remains one of Franey's most valued resources.

Dennis was initially hired as a carpet installation helper before finding his true calling in warehouse operations. After spending time in sales and other areas of the business, he found his place managing the warehouse. Over his 50-year career, he worked in nearly every aspect of the business before eventually purchasing the company from his father alongside Mark. Today, David serves as Chairman of the Board and an occasional consultant, sharing knowledge and experience that few can match.

Mark also spent summers working for his father at Franey's before attending UCLA. After graduation and a brief time in Los Angeles, he returned to Visalia to join the family business. Alongside David, he helped purchase the company from Roger Franey and played a key role in managing daily operations and company culture. Today, Mark serves as Vice Chairman of the Board.
